Our Quality Management System
Quality Management System at Dialife Dialysis Centers
At Dialife Dialysis Centers, quality activities are carried out by the Quality Management Unit with the support of management and clinical quality officers, in accordance with the Ministry of Health Healthcare Quality Standards – Dialysis (HQS-Dialysis). Clinical quality officers are assigned for each clinic together with the Quality Management Director for the departments determined according to the Healthcare Quality Standards. During the year, quality meetings are held periodically with the participation of clinical quality officers, the Quality Management Director, Clinic Director, Nursing Services Coordinator, and Financial Officer.
Adverse Event Reporting System
At Dialife Dialysis Centers:
To ensure the reporting of adverse events that could threaten the safety of patients and staff, whether near-miss or occurred.
To monitor these events.
To take necessary measures based on the reported events through the Adverse Event Reporting System.
Physical Area Inspections
Regular building tours are conducted to create a safe, accessible, and high-quality physical and technical infrastructure for patients, relatives, and staff. The team established by Dialife Dialysis management is defined according to the size of each center to ensure the effectiveness, continuity, and systematic operation of ongoing activities. During inspections, physical conditions and operational issues are identified, and necessary improvements are implemented.
Self-Assessment Process
Within the scope of Healthcare Quality Standards (HQS-Dialysis), an annual self-assessment (internal audit) is conducted in our dialysis centers.
The self-assessment team includes the Clinic Director, Human Resources Officer, Financial and Administrative Affairs Manager, Nursing Services Coordinator, Patient Services Officer, Quality Management Director and Assistant, and Clinic Quality Representative.
Self-assessments are conducted once a year.
The self-assessment plan covers all departments included in the Healthcare Quality Standards – Dialysis.
Prior to the internal audit, all dialysis centers are informed via email about the audit schedule and plan.
